Overview
ZoboLedger ("we", "us", or "our") offers subscription-based bookkeeping services. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, how to request one, and what to expect. We aim to be fair and transparent with our Nigerian SME users.
When Refunds May Apply
Subscription cancelled within trial or cooling-off period
If we offer a free trial or a short cooling-off period and you cancel before the first paid charge, no payment is due. If you were charged in error during this period, we will refund the amount.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged in error (wrong amount or wrong product), we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount once verified.
Service failure
If the service was unavailable or materially defective for an extended period and we cannot resolve it, we may offer a partial or full refund for the affected billing period at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@zoboledger.com and include:
- Your registered phone number or email
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible; processing may take an additional 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the subscription has started and the service has been used
- Partial use of a billing period (e.g. cancelling mid-month)
- Failure to use the service (e.g. not sending transactions)
- Charges that comply with our published pricing and your active subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period.
